Liebe Freundinnen und Freunde der Tanzkunst von NETZWERK AKS,
Ich freue mich, dass es nun weiter geht in diesem Jahr, in dem der Schwerpunkt meiner Arbeit mit dem Tournee Programm und den Neuproduktionen 2020 in der ersten Jahreshälfte gelegen hätte.
Wir haben neu disponiert, Programmpunkte in dieses Jahr gezogen, die für das nächste geplant waren.
Dies ist nur möglich, weil meine künstlerische und organisatorische Arbeit von den Künstlerinnen und Künstlern von NETZWERK AKS mitgetragen wird – durch dick und dünn. Bei EUCH Netzwerker*innen möchte ich mich sehr herzlich an dieser Stelle bedanken für Treue, Geduld und große Flexibilität.
Der erneute Aufbruch ist nur deshalb möglich, weil es Fördergeber wie das Bundeskanzleramt Österreich gibt, das schnell und umsichtig gehandelt hat und weil uns unsere Vermieterin im ART SPACE stift millstatt unkompliziert zur Seite steht. Das Land Kärnten hat nach vielen, vielen Jahren wieder eine Dreijahresförderung zugesagt. Ihnen allen gilt mein herzlicher Dank.
Unterstützen könnt ihr uns und alle anderen Tanzkünstler*innen, alle Kunstschaffende sowie alle Player, die die Gesellschaft als lebendigen Organismus begreifen, dadurch, dass Ihr hingeht, Kunst genießt, kauft und durch eure Anwesenheit bereichert wie unterstützt!

Andrea K. Schlehwein und das Netzwerk AKS laden zu einem explorativen miteinander-Gehen ein. Die Teilnehmer*innen haben die Möglichkeit im Rahmen von vier Veranstaltungen verschiedene Phasen choreografischer Konstruktionsarbeit zu erleben und mitzugestalten. Es soll ein dialogischer Raum eröffnet werden, indem die Beteiligten intime Einblicke in die persönliche Arbeitsweise der Künstlerin und Choreografin bekommen.1 [ Natur : RAUM ] 8. Juli

Dear friends of NETZWERK AKS,
I am happy that things now continue this year, when the focus of my work – with the tour program and the new productions of 2020 – was originally on the first six months.
We have rescheduled, shifting events that were planned for next year into the current one.
This can only happen because my artistic and organisational work is being supported by the artists of NETZWERK AKS – through thick and thin. I would like to take this opportunity to thank YOU Netzwerkers for your loyalty, patience and great flexibility.
The new beginning is possible only with the help of sponsors like the Federal Chancellery of Austria, which has acted quickly and prudently, and because of the uncomplicated support of our landlady at ART SPACE stift millstatt. The state of Carinthia, after many, many years, has granted a three-year subsidy again. My heartfelt thanks go to all of them.
You can support us and all other dance artists, artists in general as well as all stakeholders who understand society as a living organism by going to see art, enjoying it, buying it, enriching and supporting it with your presence!

Andrea K. Schlehwein and NETZWERK AKS invite you to a joint explorative journey. Participants will have the opportunity to experience and co-create various phases of the choreographic process within four different events. The aim is to open up a space of dialogue in which the participants gain intimate insights into the personal working methods of the artist and choreographer.

r o b o t i c MELANCHOLIA is a hybrid, a dance with objects, words, reflections, light sources and film, a mixed media and mixed materials installation in collaboration with Unita Gay Galiluyo, which asks fundamental questions about what dance can also be today: absent in its classical form.
