Atem, Rhythmus und Koordination werden einbezogen und die Beziehung des Körpers zur Schwerkraft erforscht. Die Fantasie wird angeregt und die Freude an der Bewegung entdeckt. This class lead by Petra Peček from Slovenia and Jye-Hwei Lin from Taiwan starts with continuous soft-moving in order to warm up body and mind through various exercises. Breath, rhythm and coordination are incorporated as we explore the body's relationship to gravity. Engaging the imagination, we will open up to the joy of movement.
