Open
for everyone who enjoys dance and music and wants to meet themselves
in their own body in the morning. In the warm-up phase we will travel
through our bodies according to our own needs. Followed by simple
movement exercises, alone and together with partner(s) as well as
improvisations on music. There will be no rehearsing of dance
sequences. The focus of this morning class will be on joyful movement
without any stress.
