Dark Fog Rebel in Millstatt / day 9

It’s our 9^th day of work here at ART SPACE stift millstatt, collecting materials and preparing the new Netzwerk AKS production Dark Fog Rebel, in communication with artistic director Andrea K. Schlehwein who is currently teaching at Korean National University of the Arts in Seoul. Dancer Yurie Umamoto is going to join us this Thursday from Amsterdam to complete the team and enter the final phase of this project.  

Dark Fog Rebel is a dance solo about freedom and the desire to break out of one's own system.

Today,

on the edge of a rainbow

I enter the dark

Wolves, pumas, lizards and crows

are born from within the twists and folds of my bones and flesh

asking to have a party inside the void
